A Carnival is Coming: Children’s Tea at Hiwan Homestead Museum

Celebrate the summer with a carnival. Youngsters ages 6 to 12 are invited to step right up
and enjoy the fun! Hiwan Homestead Museum is hosting a childrens’ Carnival Tea Party on Monday, July 16, 2012 from 12:00-1:30 PM, Carnival-themed food and activities will be featured. This event is sure to be fun and exciting for all who attend! Sign up early as space is limited and pre-registration is required. A donation of $8 per child is requested. Please call the Museum at 720-497-7650 for more information and to sign up. Then come have some carnival fun.

Hiwan Homestead Museum is a 25-room log mansion constructed in the Rustic style of architecture. It is located in Evergreen at 4208 S. Timbervale Drive. Hiwan Homestead Museum is a Jefferson County Open Space facility operated in partnership with the Jefferson County Historical Society. The Museum was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1974.
