The Cow Eatery

The Cow Eatery is a gourmet Colorado diner located at Two Creeks Plaza, where Mount Vernon and Bear Creeks converge in Morrison, CO. Daily breakfast and lunch specials have a decidedly southwestern flair. Dinners are served from Apr.-Oct. The Blue Cow Eatery is owned by the husband-wife team of Charlie and Pam Nathan who have made continuous improvements to the establishment for 20 years. The Blue Cow is a fun and friendly place serving only the freshest and finest food. Also on display is the funky art of live artist Keith Scramble Campbell, as well as local information about happenings. The Cow includes a comfort-controlled creek-side patio. Many of our customers bicycle to The Blue Cow. The Blue Cow is family and dog friendly and you will always hear your classic rock favorites while you dine. Check out the mural next door at Two Creeks Plaza, featuring Bono, John Denver, Jerry Garcia.
