Built in 1917 as a summer home and seasonal hunting lodge for Charles Boettcher, the 110-acre estate was donated to Jefferson County in the 1970s. In 1975, the Mansion opened to the public as a unique venue for weddings and meetings. This Arts & Crafts-style mansion offers a rare combination of historic authenticity and modern convenience.
