About The Cow an Eatery (formerly The Blue Cow)

The Cow is a laid-back American Restaurant in Morrison, CO with an incredible breakfast, lunch and dinner menu. There truly is something for every palate. We are easy to find on the main drag- just look for the big blue cow!


The Cow / An Eatery is located in the Historic Town of Morrison, Colorado. Morrison is located just minutes west from Lakewood and Denver. Stop in and enjoy our casual atmosphere and award-winning food. We have an expanded and heated outdoor patio next to Bear Creek that is perfect for summer dining, romantic dinners or just enjoying a coffee on a brisk mountain morning.
If you’re looking for eats earlier in the day, we have cafe-style breakfast and lunch options along with full-service espressos, lattes, and cappuccinos.


We have a great walk-up window serving our full menu and famous soft-serve ice cream through the summer and a full bar serving up refreshing drinks year round.
